What actually happens when you send that form.

Step 01
Pick a slot that suits you
The appointment is set by date and hour. When this page can reach the agency's calendar, it tells you how many slots on that period are already taken — right above the form, before you send anything.

Step 02
Say as much as you know
The message field takes whatever you have: two names and a month, or a full plan. Nothing there is binding, and an empty destination is a perfectly good place to start.

The agency comes back to you
Your request reaches Almaram Travel Agency with the phone number and email you entered. The slot is confirmed when they answer you — not when the form is sent.
07 — Questions
The ones people ask before sending anything.
Is my appointment confirmed the moment I send the form?
No. Sending it puts your name, phone, email and the time you asked for in front of the agency. It becomes an appointment when they come back to you and confirm it.
What if the time I want is already taken?
The line above the form flags how many slots on that period are already taken, whenever the calendar can be reached. Ask for another time, or name two or three that would work for you in the message — it saves a round trip.
Do I need to know where I am going first?
Not at all. A number of travellers and a rough month are enough to make the conversation useful. Deciding where to go is part of the point.
Does the form cost me anything or hold a booking?
Neither. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved on this page — it is a request for a conversation, and only that.
Can I reach you somewhere other than this page?
